David Langendorfer, Jr.
Owner
Dave Langendorfer Jr. was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. After graduating from the University of Toledo, in 1999, with a degree in structured finance Dave moved to Silicon Valley/San Francisco, spending several years in the Bay Area. Dave was employed in the securities industry. He also worked in the investment banking industry at the private investment bank, Babcock & Brown. Dave also held a marketing job at The Knot.com, for one year.
After moving back to Toledo from California, Dave worked in investment real estate, working in car wash development while flipping many houses using owner financing.
In 2004, Dave was formerly introduced to the asset class of self-storage, as he managed the family owned Mr. Storage on Glendale. In 2019, Dave moved full time to self-storage. In 2007, Dave opened his first Quick Service Restaurant, in Lambertville, MI. These days, Dave’s primary focus is self storage, although he owns and operates two legacy retail shopping centers and owns 10+ quick service restaurants (Jersey Mikes Subs and Little Caesars). Dave is also adept at branding.
Dave is a big University of Toledo supporter, attending all UT football home and away games (often traveling with the team to non-conference away games).
Dave serves on the University of Toledo Alumni Board.
